2. Workshops & Bookings

• Workshop details, dates, locations, and prices are subject to change; we will notify registered attendees of material changes.
• A booking is confirmed once payment (where applicable) is received and we send a confirmation.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a workshop. In such cases, registered attendees will be offered a transfer or a refund.

3. Payments & Refunds

Payments may be made through the methods shown at checkout (including InstaPay and bank transfer). Refund eligibility depends on the timing of your cancellation relative to the workshop date; please contact us for the applicable terms before booking.

4. Certificates

Certificates of completion are issued to attendees who complete a workshop. Each certificate carries a unique verification code and can be validated on our website. Certificates remain the intellectual property of Zemam Academy and may not be altered.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, training materials, and the Zemam Academy name — is owned by or licensed to Zemam Academy and is protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce or distribute it without our written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

The website and its content are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Zemam Academy is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or services.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
